Pinellas County Tax Collector Invites Job Seekers to Two-Day Hiring Event

 

PINELLAS COUNTY, FL – Pinellas County Tax Collector, Charles W. Thomas, is hosting a two-day Career Fair event on June 1st and 2nd from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. right here in Pinellas County.

Whether prospective employees are on the hunt for a job with a competitive salary and benefits, looking to pivot to a career with advancement and education opportunities, or looking for a fresh start jobwise, all are invited for on-the-spot interviews and job offers on June 1st and 2nd.

The tax collector’s office will be hiring 12 customer service technicians – a role primarily focused on assisting the citizens of Pinellas County with property tax, motor vehicle, and driver license transactions. This position boasts no weekend or evening hours, paid time off and holidays, a generous benefits package, retirement, and much more.

The Career Fair will be hosted on June 1st at the Mid County tax collector office at 13025 Starkey Road in Largo, and June 2nd at the South County office at 2500 34th St. N in St. Petersburg. Those attending the career fair should bring their social security card, photo ID, and resume. Eligible applicants will be interviewed that day and may receive an on-the-spot job offer.
